• Question: could there be another universe where there are aliens doing similar things to what we are doing right now? eg chatting to scientists of their own kind

@ wolf spirit ( Ox0) Not sure about another universe (although string theory predicts it), but almost certainly there is life elsewhere. There are billions of stars within the Goldilocks Zone (hot too hot, not too cold, just right for water), so it is highly likely that there is life elsewhere. But it won’t be like ours, and it certainly won’t be like stuff on the TV!

I think with the conceivable size of the Universe, why not? Though I’d be shocked if we found any species which has developed in exactly the same way as us.

There could be! There could be an infinite number of universes where anything you can possibly imagine is happening right now, as some theories predict. There could even be aliens somewhere within this universe talking to their own scientists, and wondering if they’re alone in the universe.

I think given how big the universe is, it’s a pretty safe bet there are aliens out there somewhere. Maybe they’re running “I’m an Alien Scientist, Get Me Out of Here!” right now. The important question is…do you think their scientists are better than we are? 🙂
