If something was to happen to dislodge a planet out of our solar system, likely nothing will happen to the other planets as they have such a small gravitational impact on the others. However, if Jupiter were to be lost from our system, there would be bigger repercussions. Jupiter acts in a way to protect us on Earth (and the other terrestrial planets) from large asteroids. Without Jupiter, we would be open to impacts that could end almost all life like the impact that wiped out the dinosaurs.
