Science is such a huge subject that the odds are, you’ll be able to find something that interests you! Something which is still a mystery to the world, or something where you feel like you’d be helping people. Have a look at the wide range of jobs and research available and see if any of it appeals to you 🙂 I myself love the mysteries!

Because it’s fun! You get to discover new things no one ever knew before and the discoveries you make can help people, and ultimately change the world. Science gave us lasers, computers, medicine, spacecraft, mobile phones…imagine what else is out there just waiting to be discovered or invented!

@lucy Oh Lucy… everything is about science. Absolutely everything. Everything you do – computers, TV, gaming, cooking, transport, music…. – is all as a result of science, not to mention industry, the economy, medicine, security…. All of it is science based. In fact I’m struggling to think of anything that doesn’t depend on science. Even the arts (cinema, theatre) need science. Added to that the wonder of the thing – how amazing it is to understand how things work, whats up in the sky, the universe, the big bang, the Earth, where we came from, where we are going. I could go on and on and on. And, doing science opens up all sorts of possibilities for your future. Go on… do it! By taking an interest in this event you are a scientist already!!!
