• Question: Did America and South Africa fit together?

      @tweedledee They certainly did. The continents used to be together in a super-continent called Pangea. Then about 150-200 million years ago America and Africa split apart, continuously moving to the present day position. They are all still moving though…..

      South America and Africa definitely did fit together – during the time of the dinosaurs they were together!

      They probably would still fit together again like jigsaw pieces if you could move them back – it would take millions of years to do it though!
