For the most part! There are always parts of school that aren’t very fun, but in general I liked learning, so it was a good time for me. It helped that the students in my school were pretty like-minded about the learning thing, so there was a lot less bullying than there could have been.

@Hollie Mae sort of – there were a lot of friendship groups that I just didn’t seem to have the right credentials for. I had a lot of friends, but didn’t really feel that I fit a particular set. That said, I did absolutely everything at school and loved it – singing, dancing, hockey, netball, gymnastics, volleyball, tennis, drama, comedy…… every club going I did. I was at school from 7:30am until 5:30pm most days. As for the work, I didn’t really enjoy that so much. It was hard! But I enjoyed maths and physics. Something about working things out appealed to me. And I loved writing stories.
