• Question: does coffee actually stunt growth?

      @Nami not if my partner is anything to go by – he drinks several cups a day and is 6ft 4″ !! But it does contain caffeine which is best not to have too much of. So a couple cups a day is probably fine

      I had a bit more of a dig into this after you asked in the live chat, and it looks like there’s no evidence that caffeine stunts the growth of young people. If your caffeine is coming in the form of coffee or tea, you’re actually not dehydrating yourself either; in fact, people who drink green tea tend to be better hydrated than those who don’t, presumably because they like drinking the tea, so they drink more than they would if they were trying to just drink water.
