• Question: have you ever made a robot?

      I haven’t, but when I was younger I always wanted to make one to enter a TV series called Robot Wars – you might be too young to remember that though!

      Making a really lifelike humanoid robot would be pretty hard, and no one’s managed it yet. Researchers are getting closer all the time though, and what they learn from making these robots they can use to make better artificial limbs for people who’ve suffered serious injuries.

      I don’t think I have! I was never super keen on the circuitry end of science – but I knew plenty of people who loved it! I appreciate how difficult they are to build, though!
