• Question: how do you cure a headache?

      Depends on what’s causing the headache, but in general, drink a lot of water – many headaches are from dehydration!

      Painkillers work for me; paracetamol or ibuprofen. When you have injury or pain, the body produces ‘prostaglandins’, and painkillers basically block those so your body is less aware of the pain.

      @Ellie G also, try not to get too much sun – that will give you a headache. And if it’s persistent over days, it might be worth getting an eye test. But definitely start with drinking water
