Question: How many g forces are in a rocket launch?

We have to limit the force exerted on people in a rocket launch as too many ‘g’s can harm someone, in fact 9 g’s is enough to make some one black out. So, manned rocket missions are limited to 3 g’s. So, you would weight three times what you do normally.
