      The best way for this world to end would be anything that happens after humanity has left and gone on to live on other planets – so it had better not end for a very long time yet!

      I would like it to end a long time in the future. The most plausible non-human caused “end of the world” will be the Sun’s fault – the sun will bake the earth dry in about a billion years, and then gradually evaporate the rock in its atmosphere!
