@da buxton watter TGS they are all pretty nasty. And, at some level, depending on the severity, can all be cured. I suppose how it feels to a patient depends on the level of care (and by care I mean pain relief) being given.
In my opinion, cancer. Ebola can be survived if you have good medical care, and you’re unlikely to catch it in the first place. Malaria can be prevented by anti-malarials, and you’re unlikely to catch it unless you’re in an area that’s still prone to it. Cancer can hit anyone, and there’s no way to tell if it’s coming.
