I am inspired by lots of people, not least of which are my current coworkers! As a young person I was inspired by my parents, and by my teachers, and by the night sky. I have people who I admire for their scientific work, people I admire for their work talking about science to the general public, and people who I admire because they are good humans. It’s always a good idea to surround yourself with good people.

@F’Sariah My inspiration came from a man called Richard Feynman. He was a physicist (unfortunately dead now) who worked on quantum physics. As well as being exceptionally brilliant, he was very unconventional in his approach, and also had an amazing gift of explanation. I thoroughly recommend reading one of his popular science books, or watching a TV programme about him.
