0 Question: why do some dogs have white poo? Keywords: animal, dog, faeces Asked by FLUFFY LAMPOST to Connor, Jillian, Lidunka, Sarah, Steven on 16 Jun 2015.
Sarah Beasley answered on 16 Jun 2015:
Umm… gross!
I think it’s mainly when they eat bones. If they haven’t eaten bones but have white poop then there may be something wrong with them, maybe they’ve eaten something with strange coloured dye in their food.
Lidunka Vocadlo answered on 17 Jun 2015:
Sarah’s right. Gross! No really, Sarah’s right, it’s eating the bones. The cause is excess calcium. And bones have a lot of that!
