      @lolz.megs nobody really knows why we dream, but it is likely that it is the brains way of processing the day, winding down, taking on board what has happened and putting it all somewhere in the memory. Dreams may also reflect desires, or, unpleasant dreams may be the minds way of dealing with anxiety.

      It seems that it’s the brain processing your day and your emotions. It seems that deep sleep, when dreaming happens, also allows the brain to “clean itself” somehow, which helps it stay in good shape. The brain is a large mystery though, so it’s hard to say exactly why we dream!
