• Question: Will you ever find the cure for cancer?

      My research is directed towards different goals, so I’m afraid that if there is a cure for cancer, it won’t be me who finds it. I do hope someone smarter than me finds a cure for it one day though!

      @288frcc29 None of us here in the Extreme Force Zone are in the right research area for finding a cure for cancer. But there are lots of scientists working in this area and survival rates have doubled since the 1970s. In fact, about 50% of cancer sufferers today are expected to survive at least 10 years, and it is hoped that in 20 years time that number will rise to 75%.

      Not me personally, but I really hope the medical physicists and oncologists of the world figure it out! We could do with less cancer.
